Board Chair Judy Scott is working with members of the community and the Lions Club to reach final agreement on a written commitment to keep the area clean until a new location is found.  The agreement is expected to be signed by the 11th of February.  </B></I><I><B>It is the Commissioners intent to have the bins removed no later than January 1, 2009. </B></I></div> <bR> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
