Washington CASH is dedicated to working with entrepreneurs who are ready to start or improve their own business, and succeed. There is a $100 material fee for the workbook, and everything else is free for low income households. (Three person household, the cutoff is 200% of the HHS guideline or $53,650). Some partial scholarships are available.
